Awards are presented annually to members nominated by other Idaho Writer's League members.

The highest honor bestowed on a member is the Lifetime Acheivement Award.  Lesser but very

important awards are presented to Writer of the Year, Poet of the Year and the Vardis Fisher

Award for humor.  

 

For 2011 four of our members were nominated and met the strict criteria for

the following awards:
