Joyce joined the IWL in Jan. 1971 & has been a member ever since (34 years now.) During that time she held the following positions:

CHAPTER OFFICES HELD
Secretary - 1978-1979
Vice President - 1980-1981 & again 2005-2006
President - 1982-1983 & again 1994 - 1995

STATE OFFICES HELD
1st Vice President - 1990-1991
President - 1992-1993 & again 2002-2003

While she served as state president the 2nd time, she helped to consolidate our organization into regional conferences rather than chapters hosting the conferences.

When Joyce served as state vice president with Deana Jensen, she helped change the league from a general business meeting to a delegate assembly. This has worked much better as delegates are appointed to represent their chapter.
